GENERAL INSURANCE CODE OF PRACTICECustodian Underwriting Agency has adopted the new General Insurance Code of Practice. The new Code commenced on 18 July 2006. The Code sets a general and transparent benchmark describing in general terms the way in which risk underwriting, claims and complaints are handled. The industry holds that it will help all stakeholders to better understand how General Insurance works.
